WEBHOOK IMPLEMENTATION

RS Components/Electro Components trading partner PostNord (SenderID 0000550273) have informed us of a change they are making to the way they provide parcel tracking data. They have provided the note below, as well as the attached documentation. Instead of you picking up IFTSTA files from an ftp-server, PostNord now offers to send status events through a Webhook solution, which is basically a push to a webserver at your end when we have a new status for a package. This solution is called Parcel Pulse Notification or just PPN.


We need to validate the file as per the Webhook Signature header file , example file and requirement attached .

If we can onboard partners using Webhooks to communicate we can extend this as an additional feature IBM/SCBN is capable of and can implement further partners coming up with Webhook integration .
