Having different Status icon and Status in InFlight for the files that are Finished and not delivered to Partner/Customer.

Currently we see a Green tick mark for the files that get successfully processed irrespective of the fact whether these were delivered to the receiving party via an established connectivity or else FINISHED on SCBN.


Many times while working on the projects or any PER's, the Client would ask us to stop the files on SCBN or the Implementer would do so for testing the flow and does not want the files to be delivered to the receiving party, there is a possibility that we tend to open the flow for delivery later on thus causing the files to not get delivered to the Partner or Customer causing loss of data on the receiving side. This get noticed only when the Partner reports of missing documents to the Client contact or the Client's Business side complains of the files not being received.


To prevent this, is it possible to change the green tick mark to something else and the status from "Success" to "Finish" so that it's clearly visible in the search results? Also, if possible, include this new status "Finish" in the search criteria under the "Success" one along with "Success", "Success reviewed" and "Success system reviewed".


This would help the Client/Implementer/Support team to know easily that the files were stopped on SCBN and not delivered to the Receiving party.

The idea would help the Client/Implementer/Support team to know easily that the files were stopped on SCBN and not delivered to the Receiving party. This would allow the teams to take corrective measures on time thus preventing further loss of data on the Receiving party side.
