Post your ideas
  1. Post an idea.

  2. Get feedback from the IBM team and other customers to refine your idea.

Enable customizable Notification messages

We often get request from users to get notified when certain message is received via EDI. Or, when certain message is being delivered to the partner (e.g. for SLA measurements for Supplier scorecard etc).

So, similar to Search in Inflight, we would like to have afunctionality of defined Notifications, where for each criterias we would select the email recipients, maybe customize the subject (optionally) or body (optionally), and when such even occurs, the notification would be sent via Email.

The Email would contain the link to Inflight to that message, so no data will be transferred via Email. Only user having permissions in Inflight would be able to get to the message via link in the email.

Potential filters:

1) message from partner A, message type B

2) any message from partner A

3) message successfully delivered to partner A, message type B

or so.

Any simpler alternatives would be appreciated.
