Enable data filters based on Partner EDI ID and support logical "OR" operator

Inflight currently allows you to configure data filters based on the sender and receiver ID combination, but these values are joined using a logical 'AND' operator. We would like to enable data filters based on 'Partner EDI ID,' so customers can view documents in both directions with a single configuration. Additionally, we want to support configuring multiple EDI IDs within the same filter, using a logical 'OR' operator to include documents for any of the specified IDs
