Enable New ProcessingFlags 4/5/6 to support complex implementations

We are currently supporting ProcessingFlags 1/2/3 only in GIODE. These processing flags are preserved and passed to down stream flows (from parent to child processes). They are available in rule conditions as well to decide data routing. We would like to enable THREE more new flags (ProcessingFlags 4/5/6) so that we can leverage them to build a generic solution for the customer.

Customer is currently using custom tables in B2Bi where they are storing partner+transaction details. For each partner+transaction combination, they store and execute multiple preprocessor maps (in some cases up to 5 maps) before their data gets to the actual translation step. We don't have the similar luxury to rely on custom tables in GIODE. We are planning to store all those details in a CODELIST table where TEXT1-9 fields will be used to store preprocessor map names that we need to execute for that given partner+transaction combination. We are planning to load map names into ProcessingFlags based on code list lookups so that we can dynamically call these maps in the preprocessing rules using rule macros. Expanding ProcessingFlags will help us in multiple ways and this just an use case for it

We really need these ProcessingFlags to be expanded to support this customer onboarding
