API Communication Protocol Enhancements in relation to Transfer Attributes passed to GIODE

Action 1: Enhance the /payloads API to produce XML output based on the ‘Accept’ header. Respond with a 200 status for application/xml and application/json requests.

Action 2: Limit the overall payload size for /payloads to 4MB and the size of a single XML node to 8KB. Adjust the node size restriction if necessary.

Action 3: Adjust the source filename extension based on the data type: .xml for XML data, .json for JSON data, and .dat for plain text data.
