API Communication Protocol Enhancements in relation to Transfer Attributes passed to GIODE

Action 1: Enhance the /payloads API to produce XML output based on the ‘Accept’ header. Respond with a 200 status for application/xml and application/json requests.

Action 2: Limit the overall payload size for /payloads to 4MB and the size of a single XML node to 8KB. Adjust the node size restriction if necessary.

Action 3: Adjust the source filename extension based on the data type: .xml for XML data, .json for JSON data, and .dat for plain text data.

The idea's would be used to enhance the features that are not available today on our API communication Protocol service and would enable more informative details for users to be able to match with details made available with other generic protocols like AS2,SFTP,HTTP.
