Uploading of Test Files to be Optional for IBMers

While uploading a map to Config Hub it is mandatory to upload a valid Input file even in CTE, along with the Source and Compiled map.

What is your industry? Retail
How will this idea be used?

During new map development, many clients are unable to provide a valid input file upfront as they have dependency on their ERPs or trading partners.
In such scenarios, they request IBM teams to go ahead with the development of the first draft of the map and load it to CTE.

It would be ideal, if uploading of a valid Input file is made optional for the IBMers.
