Provision to update code-list in ConfigHub

Currently, the only available option for codelist update from Confighub is to download it as a CSV file, add new codelist entries to the CSV file, and then upload the updated CSV file into ConfigHub with a new version.

It would be beneficial to have a Confighub provision, where the users can add/modify one or multiple entries to the existing codelist in confighub portal itself without downloading the whole codelist, similar to Configcenter.

We have received this feedback from several Confighub customers. This feature will assist customers in adding entries directly from the Confighub Portal, eliminating the need to download and upload codelist files each time.
