Adding the requirement as SCBN Premium customer has requested duplicate file check based on PO number, within a given timeframe. Their current requirement is to check for duplicate PO within 72 hours. Based on feedback from development team the time restriction cannot apply and all the entries in last 35 days gets checked. The development team has suggested following enhancement, more details can be found in case and github case:
"From conversations yesterday the customer is asking for 72 hours to be the criteria and not 30 or 35 days. This type of checking capability requires the User Exit enhancement allowing a map to read rows in the TransactionRegister. A User Exit could also add methods for duplicate checking by date/time thereby eliminating the need for a map to implement the check.

Currently, only the duplicate check for the purchase order value can be implemented. The hispeed purge schedule removes the entries after 35 days."
