Alerts Notification capability to customers / Support in PGP Self Service

Currently SCBN is providing self service provision through ConfigHub so that Customer can perform activities on their own with out depending on the IBM Support teams.

Recently PGP key were migrated to ConfigHub where customers and support can manmage the PGP keys. Current issue is each PGP key have an expiry date but there is no Proactive notification triggered to customer/Support about the keys that were about to expire.

As we move other protocols also into the ConfigHub for self service capability this Proactive Notifcation are very essential.
