Requesting sub-sequence number capture to track line item or sub-level groups if required.

Currently we have sequence number generation for every map run. But we encounter request from client to assign sequence number for every line item and update to SPE the last sequence number. Though we can increment line sequence number in the map. There is no option to capture back the last line sequence number in inflight/SPE.
