Problem Statement:
Issue # 1 - Deferred Enveloping (DDE) in SPE is not supporting WILD CARD setups today. It is expecting us to define sender/receiver/ala with definitive values. Config Center UI allows us to configure wild carded setups, but they are not working in SPE. We are working with a customer that requires all their outbound data to be deferred for 30 mins and we are left with configuring hundreds of DDE profiles one for each partner/transaction combination. This increases implementation hours and also leads to support nightmare through the length of their contract with IBM. If we can support wildcard setup (which should execute as default or last resort), we can configure just one setup for them (instead of configuring hundreds of profiles)
Issue # 2 - We are currently allowing BASIC DEFERRED to be executed as "Post Processor" ONLY. We would like this to be changed so that we have the flexibility to run this as "Preprocessor".
