Consideration of BPN Field's : MapList1, MapList2, MapList3 for adding more Mapnames

We have a BPN Field: MapList which accepts only 256 Characters. We need to consider the new BPN Fields: MapList1, MapList2, MapList3 etc. in future for adding the mapnames when one of the MapList field has more than 256 characters.

We have a BPN Field: MapList which accepts only 256 Characters. When we need to add the additional map name in the Maplist Field, we need to shorten the existing map name and need to add the new map name to accommodate the 256 characters. This approach is not good when we have some flows working in the production environment. The idea of having MapList1, MapList2 etc. is to add a new mapnames and not to alter any mapnames in the existing MapList field.
