InFlight - Selected Business Views hover updated to include NOT selected in list

Update the "eyeball" hover in InFlight that shows active business views, to include both the selected and de-selected ones, in some differentiated way.

Example (the deselected view in this case might be one that is only used to house Managed AS2 view, for instance):

How will this idea be used?

Currently, there is a shortcut, "eyeball" icon in the top right of InFlight, that a user can hover over to see which business views they have currently "checked" in their preferences to be included in their results. The eyeball is green if all available views to that user are selected, and yellow if some are not. If you hover over, it tells you which are currently selected.

Sometimes, especially as a support user, the yellow raises a concern, so we browse to preferences to select whatever was missing, only to notice it was a valid "reporting only" or other non-used business view for regular data searching, and we just wasted our time.

It would be great to be able to in that hover, indicate "selected" AND "non-selected" either by separating them into two headers on the fly-down, or by striking-through the non-selected ones.
