With increasing demand to handle PDF documents, it would be good to have this feature in SCBN where pdf can be read and converted to other formats. Similar to IBM Document Conversion Services. Is this service already in place in SCBN?

Since ITX can only handle acroforms with predefined template, this would be really useful.
