In the in-flight screen (managed services).. what I am asking for is just an additional drop-down selection in the 'My Teams Cases' for 'All' products. Two of the three case categories have a drop-down selection for "ALL products". My TEAMS category is the one missing this drop down option.
I would like members of my team to have the ability to look up PERs and data management tickets in closed cases. For My tickets, and Tickets I am added to.. the option is there.. just not on "My Teams tickets".. The only way for other members to see the closed PERs if to include them in every ticket.

We have a trouble-shooting incident where something does not appear to work in production. We keep a copy of the PER on site, but sometimes need to see the case details.
