Change BPN Config Center initial page to have only searchbox, not list of customers

Initial page in Config Center attempts to build a list of customers, and this list can be quite lengthy. There is a search box but it cannot be used until the list build is complete. I feel that just a search box that could be immediately used would be faster and more efficient. Optionally a link could exist to take to a page that builds the list of customers.

How will this idea be used?

PER team uses Config Center regularly, as does MS Implementation team. I feel that this would simplify and speed our job, especially when working remotely with a mediocre internet speed

    Jim, I voted for this. I have bookmarks for my regular accounts and that
    makes it much faster, but this request would still be very useful when I
    am covering other accounts not bookmarked
