Envelopes Extraction from SPE System

We have an option to export Envelopes from SPE system, But at a time we export envelopes only 100 entries which are displaying on the page. If we need another 100 entries.. we need to go for next page...  :( and spending lot time in manual effort. Also SPE doesn't support simultaneous export by multiple CSR's.

 

1) We need any option in SPE to select the list of all the Envelopes in one go.

2) By giving parameters like Sender ID, Receiver ID, Document type, Direction, ISA Envelope Name, GS Envelope Name, ST Envelope Name, Map Used, Email Address to post the report etc.

and based on the selection criteria the script/query has to execute and need to send email to the Email address which we specified in the parameters .

 

This saves lot of time for an individual to check specific envelopes.

It will help all the Team members (L1 team, L2 Team, PER Team, Implementation teams) who wanted to verify the Envelopes/Map configurations.

We received request from customer to export their envelopes, so have this it will be useful.
