Change length of time before documents are archived or inlcude more details in archived data

Current, data is archived after just a month, we have a need to view the data fully for longer as our standard customer terms for invoicing is 90 days

 if we have a request from auditors to prove files have been sent this is impossible as the source/target filenames are not available, also, if we have queries from customers we cannot readily answer them
