ERROR - SAP Status Messages reporting incorrect information if one IDOC fails all IDOCs in batch will show failed

IBM SAP Status Messages are reporting inaccurate information.   Example, 1000 IDOCs are sent outbound from SAP to IBM in a batch.   3 IDOCS fail with status 04 from IBM.   IBM will send back that all 1000 IDOCs have failed with status 04 even though only 3 have really failed.

This false reporting confuses the business and reflects in SAP that there were failures leading the business to try and resend everything again.   This causes duplicate files to be sent and confusion to our trading partners.  Possible duplicate orders/releases to our suppliers.

The SAP Status Messages should be at the IDOC level.   In fact the actual file reports back the IDOC number, but the Status IBM puts on it is reflected at a batch level.  If one IDOC fails they report back that the whole batch failed.

This is needed to address an error in reporting translation status for SAP IDOCs.
