Incorrect setting of AS2 MIME header on one of the sub parts in a multi part mime message

Multiple Managed services customers of IBM SCBN rely to IBM for setting up AS2 communication with their trading partners. It was noted, The filename sub part in the AS2 MIME header has an empty value when the filename value is not set in the configuration . Ideally the filename attribute should be sent in the MIME header only when a valid filename is assigned.

 

This incorrect subpart of the header with " filename=" without any value is creating failures on the the trading partner's end.

 

An example sub part header that caused this problem

It is desired, the attribute without any value is not sent in AS2 Message Headers.
