For our B2B/Managed Services Customers, when we are all set for production move there is a action item where the technical person or Admin from Customer side has to add their Team members who can access InFlight Portal for Monitoring there Traffic. We have option to Add user one by one. But, if all user belong to same location the address, time zone, access type, applications for which Access need to be granted are common step and becomes repetitive and tedious if the number of user list is 20+, which been the case in many customers.
If we can have a Clone option in Customer Center, it will make job more easy to clone the first user, just change the required fields like Name, email ID, phone number and password and Save it.
This will surely save much time of implementer as well as Customer Admin.
