RELATED IDEAS

Update the arrows that indicate direction for either inbound or outbound document flow

The current way the arrows are pointing in Inflight are confusing.  Can you update to reflect our organization as the Center and documents are going In/out of our system or replace with words to indicate what you mean.  We would like to think IBM is an extension of our own environment - not a separate entity.  We have to do brain gymnastics just to view the activity. If we didn't already know the direction the arrows are confusing.

    Arrows should be replaced with IB or OB.  Still very confusing.
