ability to resend or restart archive data from inFlight

the resend or restart buttons are only available on the recent month data in the new inflight.  The legacy would also allow resend and restart from the archive data.  We would like this for the archive on the new inflight.

How will this idea be used?

our charge back department works data one month in arrears.  Sometimes they would like to have data brought back in again to the ERP.  The resend or restart buttons enables them to do this.  It is available for regular data - but not archived on the new inflight (the legacy used to allow this - but it was just removed)

    We would like the ability for our users to resend/restart data from the archive data.
