Adding Multiple Trading Partner ID/Name relationships in Inflight
Whenever we onboard a Customer on SCBN, as part of setup we need to add Trading Partner ID and Name Relationship in Trading Partner Names tab manually. Any medium size project has TP counts varying from 100-300 Trading Partners. Adding 300 entries manually in Inflight is painful and time consuming job. Recently, we got an account having 2000 Trading Partners and adding 2000 entries manually is a big challenge.
Can we have an option in Inflight itself to upload a CSV or XML file is specific format which will add these entries in one go.
This will save good amount of effort for Implementation Team.
What is your industry?
How will this idea be used?
If we give an option to Implementer where they can upload the CSV file consisting of Trading Partner Name and Trading Partner ID relationships, it can be loaded in one go will avoid all our manual efforts to add each of them manually. It can be CSV file or XML file. In case of XML file, Engineering Team can give us the format which it accepts and we can have a macro utility of SI map which can convert CSV to XML and same can be loaded to fill in the details.
