Visibility to Customers on Inflight

Hello - With the new Inflight coming in, it was expected that the visibility to customers would be enhanced. For ex: If they just key in the file name or document reference number (PO, Invoice number, etc) - They get to pictorially see the file transmission status.

But, that is still not available. They still have to go in and search for documents based on the available search criteria.

At times, they still come back asking if the file transmission is successful or not. There are also instances where the file intended for one recipient goes to another due to incorrect configuration by Implementer and the document still looks green.

So, to avoid such instances if there can be a status provider included that shows who is the sender, who is the recipient and if the recipient has sent acknowledgement or not - all this by just keying in one parameter will help them in tracing the documents which are business critical.
