InFlight 2.0 "Is Empty" search filter option

InFlight 2.0 filters would be better if for some fields we could use not only the options currently available (Precise match or “contains” and their negative form) but also the “Is Empty” option

What is your industry? Consumer Products
How will this idea be used?

The fields where we would see it useful to have this option available would be likely

  • Destination Filename

  • Sender Name

  • Receiver name

We do see this as a great opportunity to filter out corner-case situations or to find flows/processing that have been misbehaving or are incomplete, but cannot be found in any other way except looking for content that is missing, cases such as;

  • Missing Destination filename (flow is stopped inside SCBN with no output)

  • Missing Trading Partner ID (flow misconfiguration or missing label – can be found by filtering empty Receiver or Sender Names)

Currently, the only solution for this type of discovery is usual visual spotting (on pages containing 5K messages, scrolling through at a regular pace to spot the empty space) or download data as excel and use the option to filter out “blank” values
