self service for Business in Inflight production

Currently Hanon EDI team has self-service for EDI map development /Envelop setup & VAN connection setup ( AS2 & SFTP) for new trading partner ( Customer/Suppliers) onboarding.

But we lack of business rules creation for the same and we are depending on IBM consultants currently. This is creating concern for the team to wait for IBM consultants support & create PER ..etc causing huge delay in customer/supplier onboarding.

so i would request IBM Product development team to support for providing the capability "Self service for the business rules" @ earliest and share the time line

    Workflow Rules self-service is an approved roadmap initiative currently in progress.

    The current roadmap plan is to deliver the capability in phases, beginning with support for out-of-the-box Workflow Rules in Q4 2026, followed by customer-defined Workflow Rule creation in H1 2027, and editing/management of existing Workflow Rules in H2 2027.

    Roadmap dates and scope remain subject to ongoing planning and execution activities. Additional updates will be shared as the initiative progresses.
