Hi Aparna,
Thank you for submitting this idea and for the detailed enhancement request. The issue you have described is well understood — when an AS2 file transmission fails, the current notification email does not include enough contextual information for clients to independently identify and investigate the failed transaction. This creates unnecessary dependency on IBM Support for details that should be immediately accessible.
We have recorded this as idea SCBNCORE-I-1030 and it is now under review by the Sterling B2B Integration SaaS product team. The specific fields you have requested — such as failure type, file name, Sender/Receiver ID, Transaction ID, date and time, error description, and Correlation/Tracking ID — are very clear and actionable, and they will inform our evaluation of the enhancement scope.
We will keep you updated as this progresses through our review process. If there are additional failure scenarios or email templates that should be in scope, please feel free to add them here — that context will be helpful as we define the requirements.
We appreciate your feedback and your continued partnership with IBM.
Best regards,
Manoj Panda
