Dashboard Metrics

The complete absence of a metrics dashboard in PEM is a critical gap for both operational management and audit readiness. At a minimum, Fiserv needs to be able to answer basic questions about their onboarding program at any given point in time — how many partners were onboarded this month, how many rollouts are currently in flight, what is the average time to complete an onboarding, which steps are causing the most delays, and how many rejections occurred and for what reasons. None of this is answerable through the PEM UI today. When auditors ask how many partners were onboarded in a given quarter, or what the rejection rate was for a specific roll outs, the answer should be a dashboard export — not a manually assembled spreadsheet built from raw data pulled via API calls. Beyond audit, the business value of metrics is significant. Without visibility into onboarding throughput and cycle times, there is no data-driven basis for identifying process bottlenecks, justifying additional resources, or demonstrating ROI on the PEM investment to leadership.
