Option to customize partner registration form

The registration form demands too much upfront information that most trading partners simply do not have readily available. The form should follow a progressive disclosure model, collect only what is essential to initiate the relationship, and gather additional details through follow-up campaign tasks once the partner is engaged. Forcing all fields upfront results in incomplete or inaccurate data being submitted just to advance past the form, which defeats the purpose of the data collection entirely

    In the Partner Registration Form, it is asking Phone Number as mandatory. All the clients won't be willing to share phone number and they would prefer to provide only email. It would be better if these can be configured.

    Hi, thanks for reaching iBM with an enhancement request.

    Looking at this request, partner registration form has very few fields to be entered by partner. How many of them can be made optional?

    Please share more details with scenarios to understand the requirement more.
