Change Control Integration in Sterling PEM

When Sterling PEM Admin Users / B2B Ops Teams perform Trading Partner onboarding, there can be ancillary IT tasks such as firewall/network setups, certificate/key updates, backend ERP configuration updates, etc. Orgs employ Change Control Management solutions (ServiceNow, JIRA Service Management, BMC, etc) and it would be good value to have Sterling PEM integrate with these Change Management solutions.

A sample flow with Sterling PEM and ServiceNow could look like:

1) Sterling PEM -call-> ServiceNow to open a ticket, provide details to IT personnel to perform tasks related to onboarding (Open firewall port, create certificates, etc)

2) IT personnel will update ServiceNow ticket and move it to a particular stage/step (or even close ticket)

3) Sterling PEM would receive/poll the ServiceNow ticket and then continue with further onbarding steps based on configured workflow rules (Eg: Email the user, complete certificate update, etc)
