IBM PEM – Enhancement Request Feature Area: Rollout & Campaign Management – Escalation Notification Framework

In IBM Partner Engagement Manager (PEM), when a Rollout or Campaign activity is created and reminder notifications are configured, the system sends email reminders exclusively to the registered partner contact email address. This is the only notification target available within the current reminder framework.
In real-world enterprise partner onboarding scenarios, partner responsiveness to reminder emails is not guaranteed. Partners may miss, ignore, or deprioritize reminder emails — particularly when approaching activity due dates. The current system provides no mechanism for the to trigger an escalation when a partner has not completed their assigned tasks within the expected timeframe, and be able to send to Partner's Escalation/Manager contact when due date is near.
