Dynamic Form Rendering and Dynamic Form Validation

Currently it is observed that in PEM screen there is no Dynamic Validation i.e. If there are multiple fields in one form and we need to show more/less fields depending upon the values user inputs in one of the field on same screen then it is not possible, because of this issue we are facing issues in Partner/Sponsor screens where non related fields are also getting displayed.


For example-

1)

In one of the screen for AS2 Relationship we need to select if we need to invoke BP directly using direct process OR using mailbox OR using file system

For these 3 selections number of inputs are different and if user selects direct process then fields for mailbox or file system should get auto hide from screen.

2)

While AS2 Onboarding if partner selects MDN as Sync then fields to enter the MDN Protocol and MDN Receipt address should not get displayed

This is just couple of example and we need such functionality on various screens so in general we are posting this RFE where PEM can support Dynamic Form Rendering and Dynamic Form Validation.

How will this idea be used?

If things mentioned in this RFE gets implemented then Dynamic rendering/validation on forms would be possible which will allow users to show only relevant information.

Currently user mistakenly enters values in non related fields as well and then expects that would reflect somewhere which causes lot of confusion (even if we make use of validations then also user needs to go back and forth which is causing unpleasant user experience) and users are not getting enough confidence with the usage of this product.
