The provisioner activities should send acknowledgement to parent PEM activities on failures, this is must needed else the Parent activity doesn't know what happened to the triggered provisioner activities.


The Sponsor admins will be not notified about the provisioner activity failures and will be in assumption that provisioner is successful proceeding further in PEM activity tasks.

How will this idea be used?

Generally BAs or TAs handle the PEM activities rollout and they are not much aware of Provisioner activities , the failure has to be notified from Provisioner to PEM then only the teams can understand the failure.
