This portal is to open public enhancement requests for IBM Sterling products and services. To view all of your ideas submitted to IBM, create and manage groups of Ideas, or create an idea explicitly set to be either visible by all (public) or visible only to you and IBM (private), use the IBM Unified Ideas Portal (https://ideas.ibm.com).
We invite you to shape the future of IBM, including product roadmaps, by submitting ideas that matter to you the most. Here's how it works:
Start by searching and reviewing ideas and requests to enhance a product or service. Take a look at ideas others have posted, and add a comment, vote, or subscribe to updates on them if they matter to you. If you can't find what you are looking for,
Post an idea.
Get feedback from the IBM team and other customers to refine your idea.
Follow the idea through the IBM Ideas process.

This has been delivered in the software release and is currently being applied to the cloud and local feature releases. This initial release will be triggered by a failure with plans in a future release to also include an option to allow the sponsor administrator to re-open a task without a error.
This is being addressed in our April release. In this release, there will be an option to re-open to an earlier task where an input into a step could have caused an API failure. The ability to re-open an earlier task will be triggered by a failure in the activity and will be an option along with the ability to resolve an error. It will be a function available to the sponsor administrator. We are considering adding the capability to re-open a task to an earlier step that is not triggered by an error, but that is not going to be available in the April release.
