Improved Program Reporting from PEM

It's very difficult to know the status of our program even at the most basic level.

I'm looking for some basic numbers such as:

    • Number off Invites
    • How many have started?
    • How many have done nothing?
    • How many are totally complete with the process?
    • What percentage of the process is complete, in ranges of invites

In addition to the basic numbers it would be helpful to have some aging numbers such as:

    • Length of time suppliers have done nothing at all in ranges of days
    • Length of time those that had started the process, have stopped and done nothing in ranges of days
    • Of those that completed what was the average time it took from invite to complete in days
    • Of those that completed what was the average time it took from start of process to complete in days

    I will reach out to you to set up a call to discuss current APIs available where the data can be extracted and if you have an existing reporting tool as a corporate dashboard that we may be able to provide some guidance on how it can be integrated.
