Simple "Survey" capability in PEM as an add on

Now that we have the partner details, if we have an option to create a unique URL for each of the TPs and TPs simply have to click and submit details, it will be useful if we need surveys to be filled by the TPs.

How will this idea be used?

During on Boarding process, there are cases where in we have to send out a survey form to the TPs and get it filled. A survey form in PEM would be helpful as it would avoid the manual process during onboarding.

    We will consider this in the context of providing an activity where we are able to mine the data that comes back in the responses and extract it for display into a reporting tool.
