Currently, when using a GET API, the 'sample response' must have all values nullified, or the 'sample response' is treated as a default answer, even if the API is skipped. The purpose of the sample response is to provide data structure only - not content. Using the sample response as a default answer adds a time consuming, and error-prone, step to the process of setting up the API. If the API ignored the response content, and used only the format, of the sample response, it would make PEM easier to use, and faster to setup.
What is your industry?
How will this idea be used?
This idea will be used whenever a GET API is necessary. PEM developers would no longer need to nullify all responses in the sample response.
