Make fields with regard to password expiry customizable

FORGOT_PASSWORD_EXPIRY_DURATION_DAYS

RESET_PASSWORD_EXPIRY_DURATION_HOURS

These values are set to very high values by default and cannot be customized in our cloud instance. We'd like to see this changed. It's a dedicated instance of PEM for us in the cloud, yet we cannot get the values we'd like. We'd also like to see a possibility of getting not just days for the FORGOT_PASSWORD_EXPIRY_DURATION_DAYS to be available in hours. The product manager would like to see both parameters set to one hour.

How will this idea be used?

A user forgets their password and has 30 days to use the link to reset it. Or someone you don't want getting the link gets it has plenty of time to use it and get in unauthorized (potentially). They would also need a security question.

A user needs a password reset (change) and is given 24 hours to change it. We'd like it to be 1 hour. We feel 24 hours is too long.
