Setting in the optimizer to value 1 node over others

As a user I would like a way to move allocation to one node over another. This can be a feature that we would use when we might want to have one node be used more or less during a given time

What is your industry? Retail
How will this idea be used?

As a user having a way to tempoaraly change the allocation of orders from one node(s) to others would be vital. For a sale or tempoary distrubtion in our fulfillment process. This would be a quick change controlled by the user, where we can input that Node1 should be favored over Node2 for X time. During this time even though the 2 nodes are the same, Node 1 would be awarded more orders, until the request is removed from node2.
