Pudo within the Optimizer

As a user, I would like to have the ability to run PUDO. (Pick up Drop Off) via the optimzier. Although the user selects a carrier at the time of checkout, the optimizer can review the network of nodes, and provide the best place to source the selected items from. It can also do a single carrier shop, to see which node has the best rate to get this item to the pudo location.
