Adding SSCTL commands for rolling restart and restarting all agent/integration servers

Currently we do not have any commands for Rolling Restart process and agent start/stop processes in SST CLI. Current SSCTL commands are available for Uploading, listing, deploying, upgrading, downloading customizations processes along with CDT related processes only.

I would like to suggest adding SSCTL commands for rolling restart and restarting all agent/integration servers

How will this idea be used?

While deploying, many processes are handled by SSCTL commands but we need to go to SST UI to do rolling restart and restarting all agent/integration servers. If this was also added in the list of ssctl commands, it will be easier to work ahead.
