Consolidate V2 SST Log Download into one Amazon S3 URL

Consolidate V2 SST Log Download into one Amazon S3 URL instead of multiple URLs for each instance. This feature was supported in V1 but V2 has splitted the app modules and user must use multiple URLs to download the app logs

Thank you for the request, in V2 design decision was made by IBM to split the log statement into multiple URL.
Here is why, we have observed a very long wait time required to archive multiple log package and upload to the storage medium as a single file.
By splitting the log into different URL, the log export completes in 10minute vs 2 hours wait for a single file. The logs is also in its own server context so it has a better user experience.

If the consuming side needs all files to be merge, please have a script to merge those urls into one.
