Provide Client Machine Certificate instead of User Certificate

When we download certificate from SST, it's is a User certificate. To install this certificate on user's machine, user need to install is manually one by one. We need steps on how to download client machine certificate, So that we can directly deploy it on AD group and group policy will be applied to users. This is extremely useful when hundreds of call center users and customer service agents are working on IBM Call Center. Individually installing certificate for them is extremely painful.
