Price override feature in Order Hub

Mattel has requirement to override unit price of the order in Order Hub during order create process and post order creation. This feature is either not working or not available in Order Hub. Also, selling price change (From value and To value) at the line level should be available in audit log for reporting purposes.

During order create process in Order Hub, there is no feature available to override unit price. This feature is currently available in Call Center.

Once order is created, Order hub allows option to change unit price of the line. But saving the change leads system to calculate unit price based on price list and hence change done manually is not reflected on the order.

    Hi Vimal, I have discussed this request with the team, and price override is seen as more of a Call Center function rather than a use case for Order Hub. As we have discussed separately, the extension framework will soon be available for Order Hub UIs, so you could extend the order capture screen to handle this scenario if required.
