    Hi, Thanks for creating this idea.

    Could you please add use cases to the idea to support real-time monitoring needs? It would be helpful to know how such functions are built currently in your on-premise installation as you have indicated.

    Some of these use cases may be possible to implement via alerts on events like payment failure and summary reports can be implemented using integrated cognos tool OR via data extractors if an external reporting software is being used.
