Certify OMS 10 with Db2 11.5

Looking to migrate from OMS 9.3 to OMS 10. OMS 10 is currently supported with Db2 11.1. The other included software components (e.g. Cognos, MQ) have support for Db2 11.5. Although different versions of DB2 can coexist peacefully, from an administrative and support standpoint it would be beneficial if OMS 10 with Db2 11.5 was a supported configuration as well.

How will this idea be used?

Will be migrating from OMS 9.3 to OMS 10, which includes upgrading from DB2 10.5. Rather than upgrading to Db2 11.1, would like to upgrade directly to Db2 11.5 as part of the migration.
