Allow users to query indexes of a table in DB query client

On DB query client, users cannot inquiry the indexes with associated columns of a table. Currently on DB query client does not allow user to access the two tables. They are SYSCAT and SYSIBM.

As a OMoC user that supports applications, users need to have access to find the list of indexes that currently exist on a table to help troubleshoot performance problems.
