This portal is to open public enhancement requests for IBM Sterling products and services. To view all of your ideas submitted to IBM, create and manage groups of Ideas, or create an idea explicitly set to be either visible by all (public) or visible only to you and IBM (private), use the IBM Unified Ideas Portal (https://ideas.ibm.com).
We invite you to shape the future of IBM, including product roadmaps, by submitting ideas that matter to you the most. Here's how it works:
Start by searching and reviewing ideas and requests to enhance a product or service. Take a look at ideas others have posted, and add a comment, vote, or subscribe to updates on them if they matter to you. If you can't find what you are looking for,
Post an idea.
Get feedback from the IBM team and other customers to refine your idea.
Follow the idea through the IBM Ideas process.

We understand that the user community desires to upgrade to a higher version of Oracle for various reasons. In an attempt to support our customers in the best way possible, IBM will support Oracle Database 12c Release 2 (including Oracle Database 19c) with Order Management v9.5.
IBM does not retroactively certify higher versions of stack products, but supports field use where the product corresponding to the next available release is used (e.g. in Sterling Order Management Version 10). This support is subject to customers doing thorough risk reduction testing prior to using the newer version in production.
NOTE: It is the customer's responsibility to test their solution end-to-end with all system functionality, including a full performance test, before deploying this version of Oracle to production.

Thank You!
This is under consideration, we will be providing an update soon.
Agreed with the Idea, and we are also looking for this OMS95 certification with Oracle 19C RAC at the earliest.
